- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I want to say that my wife and I visited around 10 different apartment communities. From all of them we came back to the one that we never expected to rent at, due to feeling the most welcomed at, thanks to the leasing agent, Maria. What brought us back to Santa Teresa was the costumer service we received from the office staff but mostly from Maria. Maria was extremely helpful but also patient with us. We had so many questions, being that this is our first apartment that we would be renting. Maria answered all our questions unlike the rest of the communities that we visited which seemed bothered and frustrated by all our questions and concerns.
